Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a central part of my work, grounded in theory and shaped through a creative and collaborative process. I typically meet with patients once or twice weekly. Together, we focus on understanding patterns in how you think and feel, and on developing new ways of experiencing yourself and relating to others.

Medication Management

Medication can be an important part of treatment. When indicated, we will work together to find medication that treats your symptoms while minimizing side effects. I have experience prescribing across inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings, and am comfortable treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including more complex or high-acuity presentations.

Perinatal Mental Health

I completed a fellowship in reproductive psychiatry and have expertise working with individuals throughout the perinatal period who are building families in a variety of ways. I treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and mania during this time. I also work with individuals who are trying to conceive through assisted reproductive technology or navigating fertility challenges.

I have experience helping patients navigate decisions about medication during pregnancy and the postpartum period, with attention to both safety and the complexity of each individual situation.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision and mentorship have been central to my own development, and I value the opportunity to think with trainees and clinicians about their work. I have supervised in inpatient settings as well as in longer-term outpatient psychodynamic psychotherapy, and offer weekly supervision to clinicians in the mental health field.

Rates & Insurance

I am currently in-network with Aetna.

If you are not covered by Aetna, treatment would be considered out-of-network. Your insurance may cover a portion of your care through out-of-network benefits, and I provide superbills that can be submitted for possible reimbursement.
